Overstory Coffee Co. was built on a simple conviction: great coffee begins long before the roaster — in the forests and highlands where it grows.

We're an East Bay specialty roaster operating out of Antioch, California, bringing together over a decade of hands-on experience in sourcing, roasting, and building coffee programs that actually stick. We believe in knowing where your coffee comes from, why it was grown the way it was, and how to bring that story forward in every cup.

The name Overstory comes from the forest canopy — the tallest layer of trees that shelters everything below it. It's the ecosystem that makes the rest possible. We see our work the same way: building the right conditions for exceptional coffee to thrive, from farm to the people who drink it.
